Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Castlemaine Flyer.

1.2. A booking is only confirmed when the client receives a booking confirmation via email or SMS.

1.3. Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

2.3. Castlemaine Flyer reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes or other factors beyond their control.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3.3. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time or for no-shows.

4. Changes to Booking

4.1. Any changes to the booking must be communicated to Castlemaine Flyer as soon as possible.

4.2. Castlemaine Flyer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability or price.

4.3. There will be no additional charges for changes to the booking.

5. Pickup and Drop-off

5.1. Departures: The client must be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.

5.2. Departures: The driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After this period, the service will be considered a no-show.

5.3. Arrivals: The client must be ready at the designated pickup location as agreed.

5.4. Arrivals: The client must make all reasonable efforts to meet at the correct agreed pick-up time.

5.5. Arrivals: In the event of a flight delay, Castlemaine Flyer will make all reasonable efforts to track the client’s flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.

5.6. Arrivals: In the event of a flight delay exceeding 1 hour, Castlemaine Flyer may need to change driver/car allocation, which may result in a delayed pick-up.

5.7. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete pickup and drop-off information.

6. Luggage and Personal Belongings

6.1. All vehicles allow for up to 4 large suitcases and one carry-on bag for up to 4 passengers.

6.2. Castlemaine Flyer is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.

7. Conduct and Safety

7.1. Clients must adhere to all local laws and regulations, including wearing seat belts.

7.2. Castlemaine Flyer reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.

8. Liability

8.1. Castlemaine Flyer is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, flight delays, and mechanical failures.

8.2. Castlemaine Flyer’s liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
